Our Christmas Fair being held on 24 November from 4 – 8pm is now only six weeks away! Last year we raised over $50k for the new prep playground, and this year’s proceeds will go towards the construction of an all-weather gathering space for our students. It takes a village to put on the Fair and we will soon be asking all families to volunteer an hour of time on the night. As part of our responsibility to student safety, all volunteers will be required to hold a current Victorian Working With Children Check. It’s easy to apply for, 100% free (be sure to nominate for the Volunteer option) and can be completed online! Please plan ahead and apply, or renew, yours here.

We are now actively seeking:

• Book, puzzle and games donations for Mrs Rippon’s famous book stall. Please leave any new or good quality items at the Office at any time
• Quality donations of goods for sale at the Christmas Market. Our Christmas Market (located in the 1/2 building) is a much loved stall that sells a range of beautiful locally made/sourced products. This year all items sold in the Christmas Market will be donated so 100% of the proceeds will go back to the school. We are seeking quality handmade, artisan products to help make our Christmas market a success so if you have any products to donate, or know of someone who does, please let us know!
• Volunteers with their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in the bar. Please register your details with Jo at fyansparkxmasfair@gmail.com
• People to help make preserves or donate a 10kg box of tomatoes
